My native region is my passion. Already 5 generations of my ancestors have wandered through the Moravian Karst and surroundings. My family and I anchored here too. Get to know the Moravian Karst as the locals know it.

My Path through the Karst

Most of all, I like wandering around my native region and finding out what it has been through. I want to tell about the Krast to all pilgrims who are also trying to explore, understand and leave no traces and move on. For those who like to avoid the crowds of tourists and those who like to travel slowly.

Seeing the Landscape Differently

Thanks to studying Landscape Conservation and Creation at Palacký University in Olomouc, I can look at the landscape through the eyes of a naturalist and historian and look for mutual connections.

To me, running a rural business means being rooted in the land. I didn’t create a cottage or guided walks to sell the region – I live here. I grew up in the Karst, and I want to grow with it.

Whether I’m restoring a house, leading a quiet walk, or connecting with local makers, it’s all part of the same path – sharing the place with care and curiosity.
